All dealings with FarrowTech ApS are subject to these terms and conditions.
FarrowTech ApS sells only to traders with a CVR number or equivalent foreign registration number. All prices are stated excluding VAT.
Order confirmation
The order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. An acknowledgement from our system that the order has been received is not a binding confirmation.
Payment
All sales are cash on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Upon individual approval, 8 days credit can be granted. FarrowTech retains proprietary rights in the delivered goods until the full purchase price has been paid.
In the event of late payment, interest is charged at 2% per month or part thereof.
Delivery
Delivery is with GLS, unless otherwise agreed or stated. The product price is added to the freight on the invoice.
Cancellation
Orders to FarrowTech ApS are not covered by the buyer’s right of withdrawal.
Warranty and complaints
FarrowTech provides a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Repair or replacement of a product does not extend the original 1-year warranty period.
Disposal
Most of FarrowTech’s products contain electronics and are covered by the rules on electronic waste. By entering into an agreement to purchase from FarrowTech, you accept that the responsibility for proper disposal after use passes to you as the customer.
Disputes
Disputes arising from agreements subject to these terms and conditions that cannot be settled amicably shall be settled in accordance with Danish law by the Court of Aarhus.
